About the Habanero Pepper

Habaneros (Capsium Chinese) are the "mother of all peppers" They are known as the world's hottest chile pepper, measuring between 200,00 and 300,000 Scoville Units (compared to about 5000 for a hot jalapeno). The Habanero is believed to have originated in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, and grows to be 1 to 2 inches long and 1 to 2 inches wide. The fruits are oblong and wavy in shape, usually having flattened ends making them resemble a bonnet. They are usually orange in color, and should never be fed to wimpy relatives, cranky aunts, or the family pet!

Ingredients: Tomato Juice (water, tomato concentrate, salt, ascorbic acid), Vegetable Juice (water, concentrated juice of carrots, celery, beets, parsley, lettuce, watercress, spinach), Lemon Juice, Salt, Water, Horseradish, Vinegar, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Beta Carotene, Molasses, Spices, High Fructose, Corn Syrup, Protein, Red Peppers, Onions, Tamarinds, Garlic, Chili Peppers, Eschalots.

Fill a carafe with ice cubes, add 4 oz. Jolly roger Bloody Mary Mix and 1 1/2 oz. of Vodka. Stir Well. Garnish with a celery stick.
