Jerk Pork
5 lb Pork
1 Onion
1 Cup Escallion
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp fresh Thyme
1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper without seeds
1 5 oz bottle Tortuga Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Rub in seasoning on pork. Leave for 1/2 hour. Pour on Tortuga Jamaican Jerk Sauce and leave to marinate for at least 5 hours (overnight is better).
Ingredients: Water, Cane Vinegar, Raw Cane Sugar, Tomato Paste, Hot Pepper, Scallions, Thyme, Spices and Salt
